Shipping

Do you deliver to my country?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. If you’re able to check out successfully, that means we deliver to your location. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to confirm.

Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely. We offer international shipping with region-based rates. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active. Use the link in the email to follow your package.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your destination:

  • USA: 7–10 business days after processing
  • International: 10–14 business days after processing

Please note: processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues may occur, but we’ll keep you updated when possible.


Returns & Exchanges

How can I return an item?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with tags and packaging. To get started, email us at sales@redwoodmain.com with your order number and reason for return. For more details, please visit our Returns Policy.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if your item is defective or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement. If you simply ordered the wrong size or style, please return the item as usual and place a new order for the correct one.


Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change something, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but you may still return the item once it arrives.
